Backt-Plus is a biological odor neutralizer containing non-pathogenic microorganisms capable of breaking down organic soil residues. The product reduces blockages in kitchen drain lines, and regular, consistent use reduces the unpleasant odors generated by grease traps. Used undiluted, dosed according to the size of the grease trap and the number of daily meals served: up to 250 ml of product per day for trap volumes under 1,000 L, 250–400 ml for 1,000–2,000 L, 400–800 ml for 2,000–4,000 L, 1,000–1,500 ml for 4,000–6,000 L, and up to 2,000 ml per day for volumes above 6,000 L.
